PSL 9 Points System :
The Pakistans Super Leauge (PSL) point system is same like all other leagues. In Psl the points are allowanced on iwns or lose method. if a teams wins a match will get 2 points for the win on the other hand 2nd team will no get any point for the lose. Some times in Tie match Super over bowls and after result wining team gets 2 points. In some other case the match canceled due to rain or any other reason both teams will get 1 point.
How PSL Net Run Rate Calculated or Way to Calculate NRR?
The net run rate of a team is calculated by subtracting the average runs per over earned by that team during the tournament from the average runs per over conceded against that side during the tournament. On all these bases we get PSL 9 Points Table.
If a side is all out in less than its total number of overs, the net run rate is calculated using the total number of overs to which it could have been allowed rather than the number of overs during which the squad was bowled out.
Those Matches in which results are gained will be considered for net run rate estimates. If a match is canceled, but a result is obtained via the DLS method, Team 1 will be awarded Team 2’s Par Score on withdrawal based on the same amount of overs played by Team 2.
If a game is completed, but DLS was used during the game, Team 1 will be awarded 1 run less than the Target Goal for Team 2 off the overall number of overs allotted to Team 2 to attain the objective.
